A commissioned build, not automatic software
We manually design, configure, and build each client website using reusable foundations. Checkout submits a project brief and reserves a standard build. It does not instantly deploy your website or promise every function visible in a demo. We confirm scope and kickoff details with you before work begins.
Scope and pricing
Website Studio starts at $1,999 and Operations Platform at $3,999 for a single-location build. The written project scope specifies pages, content, revisions, portal permissions, integrations, training, and delivery milestones. Additional locations, migrations, advanced features, third-party fees, and add-ons require an approved proposal. Demo features illustrate possibilities, not unlimited work included in the base price.
Payments
The standard deposit is 50%: $999.50 for Website Studio or $1,999.50 for Operations Platform. Full build payment is optional. The remaining build balance is due before launch and commissioned source-code handoff. Payment is confirmed through Stripe, not a browser return address. Never submit another payment solely because a confirmation page failed to load; contact support first.
Optional care and hosting
Essential Care is $99/month, Professional Care $179/month, and Complete Care $249/month. Selecting care in the intake records a preference only. Monthly billing starts only under a separate approved agreement at launch; the build checkout does not subscribe you. That agreement defines hosting, backup and restore coverage, response times, included update hours, third-party costs, and cancellation. There is no automatic increase from $249 to $299. Self-hosted handoff is free after final payment; your hosting and maintenance costs remain yours. A $500 server setup service is available by scoped request, not automatically included.
Cancellations and scope changes
Contact support promptly if you need to cancel. If we cannot accept your standard project and no work has begun, we refund the build payment. Once work begins, completed work and committed costs are reviewed against the written scope; any refund or remaining balance is confirmed with you. Material changes require an agreed change order. Your project agreement may set more specific terms.
Content, ownership, and responsibilities
You must have permission to use supplied text, photographs, marks, and family information. Commissioned code and content transfer after final payment, subject to third-party software licenses. Domain registration, email, payment processing, AI usage, and other external services are separately disclosed. You remain responsible for your funeral business, customer arrangements, regulatory obligations, and review of published content. Search rankings, visitor numbers, and revenue are not guaranteed.
