Information we collect

Project inquiries include your business name, contact information, requested services, and the details you choose to share. Private project messages and status updates are stored for project delivery. Please do not submit sensitive family, medical, identification, or payment-card information through an agency inquiry or a demonstration.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to inquiries, prepare proposals, deliver your project, provide support, and maintain payment and project records. We do not sell your inquiry information. Access is limited to authorized project work and service providers necessary to deliver it.

Payments and providers

Stripe processes checkout payments; card numbers are not stored in our project database. Hosting, notification, and analytics providers may process information needed for their services. A commissioned funeral-home website requires its own privacy and data-handling policies; this policy covers the agency site only.

Cookies and measurement

Secure session cookies support sign-in and project access. First-party browser identifiers and page and button events help us understand site use. Project portal and payment references are excluded from public page tracking. Browser storage can be cleared in your browser settings.

Retention and requests

We retain project and payment records as needed for delivery, support, accounting, and applicable obligations. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact [email protected]. We may verify your identity and retain records that we are required to keep.

Demonstrations

Demo businesses and people are fictional. Demo interactions are simulations, not real funeral arrangements or payments. Do not enter private family details into a demonstration.
